These nice people were prompt and professional. They not only pumped the tank as requested but were able to provide useful info as to the status of the septic system on this older property, and advise as to any further work required in future. Their pricing was reasonable for their trade, and as quoted prior to their arrival. Although located in Ramona, they had no hesitation to service our property in the La Mesa area.

I called Tue. and they were able to come Wed. Happy camper! They said they'd be here between 8-10 and arrived at 8:30. Bryan was friendly, knowledgeable and Professional. I told him I decided to take a chance on them even though Abbott had bad reviews because they could get me in quickly. He told me Sludgebusters bought out Abbott years ago. Anyway, he pumped the tank as expected and gave me some helpful tips about other issues I had. I got more than expected and wouldn't hesitate to call again. Two thumbs up!

Abbott pumped our septic tank, but there was a foul smell afterwards. Turns out our tank lids were loose. They came back and sealed our lids down so that the smell is gone. The guys that came out were really nice and friendly, and they fully explained what was going on. Based on this interaction, I would recommend this outfit. 5 stars for today's service call.
